Internet Banking rebrand and re-skin based on old legacy, core banking systems. This portal had to move from being non-mobile responsive to mobile responsive and feature new branding and style guide (colour palette) with new Information Architecture (IA) where applicable and customer journey flow.
UX/UI design, new IA, application of new branding and style guide, mobile responsive, integrate to legacy systems, facilitate basic customer functions such as accessing redraw, bpay payments, scheduling loan repayments, request a statement, request a payout figure and many more.
This project was delivered within three months, on time and on budget. The portal has now grown to over 7000 visitors per month and whilst greatly improving the customer experience, it has also provided significant efficiency gains to the back office as they are now handling less customer enquires than prior to this project's launch.
